How long does implementation take?
It takes up to 7 business days to set up and implement the system. The scope of work depends on the selected features and the restaurant's needs.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the system?
No. The system is designed to be intuitive for restaurant owners and their teams. We also provide support throughout the entire implementation process, and our team is available for the duration of the contract.
Do I have access to support after implementation?
Yes. Our professional Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Customer service is included in the package price at no additional charge.
Does Restaumatic charge a commission on online orders?
No. Restaumatic does not charge a commission on orders received. You only pay the subscription fee for the package you choose.

Will AI replace my employees?
